If your rank is not sufficient to get into a good college with good branch, other options are also available that is management quota system through mhtcet. The only requirement is that you must have appeared for mhtcet. Rest of the things are managed by college. You can follow this path of it is correct according to your ethics because many people don't go by that way. According to me there is no problem in taking admission by management quota if your parents can afford it.

Without management quota if your marks are less you won't get good college also with bad branch in not so good college.
