It depends on academics and the course which are chosen.
All Education loan will be consider if the student is eligible.
In your case, 
One year gap in education will also affect in admission.

So loan is impossible just because student had a gap in education.

Hi. Yes, they will give you loan. But you have to make sure you fulfil all the requirements for receiving the loan, else it will be denied. The documents and all other necessary requirements has to be met.
