Are you asking for NEET PG? If yes, In the first round of counselling, candidates will be given free exit it means that the refundable fees will be returned to the candidate if the seat is allotted or not allotted to the candidates and they can also participate in the next round of NEET PG 2019 counselling.

After submitting their consent to participate in the second round of counselling, candidates will not be allowed to participate in any other round of counselling, if allotted a seat. The refundable tuition fee will be forfeited for such candidates if they do not accept the allotted seats.
