As per the rules and regulations of AP EAMCET Counselling 2020, you can register in the second round and pay the amount if you haven't done this in the first round of counselling. After the fee payment, you have to go through document verification process. Once it is done, you can register yourself for the counselling programme through the official website of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education i.e. apeamcet.nic.in.
