if we do not get a seat for second allotement will the first seat be reserved for us..???

Yes it will remain reserved if u have completed ur verification. In ist round.

Yes it will be reserved for you. See ones you get a seat in the second counseling then only your previous seat will be vacant or lost.

If you are allotted a seat in 1st allotment and you choose for upgrading after joining there, and you don't get any seat allotted in 2nd round, you'll have the seat that was allotted to you in the 1st round. You won't lose it, if you choose to go for 2nd round.

whatif we are alloted in second allotement , can we choose the first alloted one.

If you're allotted a seat in 2nd allotment, which will be a higher option given by you, you have to go for it. You can't go back to the seat allotted to you in the 1st allotment.
