I am sorry to say that if you fail and do not clear for NEET exam, you will not be able to apply for MBBS, BDS, Or AYUSH courses. However, you can either go for B.Sc. Nursing, study Allied Health Sciences like BPT ( physiotherapy), BOT (Occupational Therapy) etc. You can also study for B.Sc.

What I am trying to say that even though you will not be able to study the prominent courses, it is not a dead end. You can still study a few different medical courses to make your dream come true.
