Hello,

It depends on the country you want study, course you wanted to choose and the percentage you get in your entrance exams.
.
Mostly your Admission in abroad countries will be based on your entrance exams you will be writing i.e., TOEFL/IELTS.
.
And once you get selected, your graduation marks will  be considered countries like Australia, Canada accepts the students who secure 50% where as countries like UK only accepts the students who secure minimum of 60%.
