Getting confirmation page doesnt generally means that every feild has been accepted.
But as u said above that you photo,signature and thumb impression is done and conformation page is also out,then that certainly means no temporary problem has occured but later it may.
I suggest you just go through the conformation page and complete all yours processes and wait for results.
