Dear Jyothsna, Yes. You can do that. Because lets say if you have selected King George Medical College in Round 1 and you didnt get a seat in that college. In Round 2 you can still opt for the same college. Because chances are that someome must have got a seat in his desired college and vacated this seat and you can get that.
