You can do the Pilot traing program in India/Abroad-depends on your interest. Scope wise abroad has better runways and training as compared to India. New Zealand and Australia are good places to complete your commercial pilot license.
But if you choose to do it from India then only go for DGCA approved Flying Schools in India.
