If you have appeared for JEE Main this year, then you can apply for state-level B.Tech admissions. Engineering colleges of states like Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Gujarat, etc. do not conduct their own entrance exam. Seat allotment is done across the colleges on the basis of candidates performance in JEE Main. Most of these states have released their application forms and these are available now. So, you can apply in such states.
