If you have got a seat in the first round of counseling of any college and you are not satisfied with it, then all you have to do is to not freeze the seat and it will automatically be upgraded in the second round if you clear the cutoff. Freezing the seat helps you to finalize the course and after freezing, you can not avail the subsequent rounds. On the other hand, if you do not freeze your seat in the first round and get another course in second round, then you can not go back to first round.
