Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that if you have got a seat in any of the rounds of counselling and you have paid the partial admission fees to the college and also reported to the college for admission then you shall be eligible for spot round counseling by paying a transfer fee and the seat that you have got will be considered vacated. In case of change of colleges your partial admission fees will be refunded by the college.
