I think you are enquiring about JEE Mains. For percentile of 82% your general rank should be around 1.8 - 2 lakh which will not fetch you any NIT or other top engineering college through jee mains. You can get these colleges only if you any quota. If you are general candidate you then with this rank you can get some state level college only. As of now, your main focus should be your JEE Mains 2020 APRIL which is now postponed to MAY and other state level exams. Work hard and don't get motivated.
