This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in iiit as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

But yes, when we go through previous year trends then

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for obc ncl   closing category rank under All india quota for gender neutral is provided below for IIIT kancheepuram under all India quota :-

• Computer science engineering :-6794

• Electronics and communication engineering:-10481

• Mechanical engineering:-13620

• Smart manufacturing engineering:-16111

You have not mentioned the branch you want to get admission in so I am guessing that it is about computer science, in case if you want to get admission in any other branch then do let me know in comment section

From above it is clear that for computer science engineering you need to get around 6794 obc rank in your jee main 2021 and to get this much rank, you need around 20,000 common rank and it is around 130 marks i. e overall percentile of around 98.2 percentile. Now, limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so focus on your preparation, to prepare well for your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
