Hi Tausif,

In 2018, the University Grants Commision (UGC) of India which credits universities and colleges with valid recognition published a list of 24 fake or fraud Universities in the country in which IIME was not included so based on that list and as much as I have read and researched, I can say that the University is not fake. 

However, I will still look into it more and get back to you with a verified answer. Till then I am attaching a link for your reference, if you want to have a look at it, of the said UGC 2018 List.
