You only have to submit medical certificate, other documents for verification only once, that too when you first visit the reporting center. Now, when you go to the allotted college after counseling is over, you won't have to carry these documents again.

I hope you have submitted your photo copy of your medical certificate during your reporting time.
And at the time of reporting at college for admission process you have to submit your original medical certificate .
