JEE is considered one of the toughest exams of India and lakhs of candidates apply for the exam  every year.A right plan and strategy can help you to excel in the exam.
First if all,Just start with the syllabus and analyse the syllabus.
Then, just highlight the topics which you haven't read yet, and start with them.
Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects equally and take care of you health and sleep well to be fresh and your this will help in proper functioning  of brain.
Since, you are in 11th, everything would seem to be very new to you. So start with a basic book, I would suggest to go NCERT  for physics and chemistry.
For Mathematics , practice from R.DSharma or RS Agarwal.The for Physics move to HC Verma and DC Pandey.
After completion of every chapter practice previous years question papers.

Now you are in 11th, so for this time mainly focus on maths, physics and chemistry because in jee mains exam most of the question are from basics and that basics is cover in 11th and then focus in 12th. Always read NCERT properly and after that go for side books.
