Dear Charchika ,

Yes BCA student will apply for it ,If we are talking about UP VDO test then all aspirants are applicable if you are follow this criteria

• you must be 18 years old with you have not more then 40 years old .
• You must be clear your 10th and 12th from recognized board .
• You have to belongs from Uttarepradesh state .
• You must be holding CCC certificate .
• NIOS candidate also eligible to apply .

Apart from that selection process is based on merit list based on which written exam with Physical Test .
