As of now, CBSE has declared that the syllabus will be reduced as to take the load off the students as you wont be having regular classes.

I don't think you have to worry about online tests being affected on your final boards marksheet considering the fact that CBSE Board marks are always based only on the final exams and not the internals.

But also on the other hand, not sure about the COVID situation getting better anytime soon, CBSE might make decisions as per the situation.

I would suggest you to concentrate and give your best in whatever tests either online or offline, given the fact that the syllabus is also reduced for the students this year as learning through online classes isn't the same.
