To be eligible for EWS certificate, your wife must need to satisfy the conditions for same. Such as the family income of your wife must be less than 8 Lakhs per annum. Family here includes, candidate's parents, spouse(husband/wife), brother/ sister's income. Income shall also include income from all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession, etc. for the financial year prior to the year of application. Agriculture land owned by the family must be less than 5 acres.Residential plot owned by your family must be less than 100 square yards. If you meet all these points then you can visit the official website of your district or you can visit the tehsil of your district to apply for a EWS certificate.
