Hi Muskan !

Yes definitely you can pursue BBA if are a science student. The answer to your question is yes entrance exam is compulsory to get admission into BBA if you want to do it from good college/university. However many colleges do not conduct entrance examination for BBA and they just take admission based on the marks you receive in your class 12.
