Hey,

Yes surely you can, IT industry don't require degree for success, it requires knowledge, there are two best ways for you:-

Learn programing, or any skill like Android development or other as per your interest and then apply for internship in small company for experience, you can find job from LinkedIn.
you can opt MCA from any college as you are eligible for that.

nallolkanishka yes, you can take some professional courses by online ( udemy, coursera, edx etc) and then apply for same... as I said in point 1 .
