You did not mention which college you are willing to know if you have chances to get into.anyways you have low score to fetch a seat in mbbs or bds.this year the cutoff went high and compared to last year it rose by 30-40 marks which cause thousands of differnce in ranks.you need atleast of 450-500+ to fetch a seat in govt colleges  of maharastra.if you are interested you can take an year and increase your score check this: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
