The normal process of getting  migration certificate from any Institutions, colleges, research Institutions,and from universities. First of all you have to register with requisite fees and documents  put on the form available in the official website of the respective Institutions or universities.  After verification you will get the verification code as you have got. You have to wait for at least 5 to 10 days for getting the migration certificate it will be available in the online and you have to download it.so you have to keep a constant watch on the official website from which you have downloaded the form to fill up for migration certificate.
