Dear Jerusha, for being able to attend any State Medical Counselling, you should hold the domicile of that particular State. Only such candidates are eligible for participating in State Counselling. You dont see 'State' option because the State Counselling authorities have clearly mentioned that no other State candidates can appear for their State counselling. That is why as you belong to TS, you cannot apply for TN Counselling.
