Yes, you can. You just need to pass all the subjects in 10+2 and now, with your word I came to know that you've passed 10+2. If you have taken jee/apeamcet/TSeamcet/MHCET / any private universities exams. You can get into any college or if you haven't taken any then go and opt management quota by paying the donation fees. It's the only option left for you. And definitely in engineering some branches are there belonging to arts. Just Google that, you'll get to know about all.

From arts stream you can't do Engineering degree .There is two ways which you can follow for your dreams.

1. Re appear for class 12 with science stream then go for Engineering degree of you get good marks .This process is take more time.

2. Appear for only Maths subject from Nios board then go for BCA followed by MCA. Through this way you would save your time and give full commitment to learn all the knowledge, coding , programming .

MCA from established Institute will give your good opportunities and knowledge too.
