According to NDA eligibility criteria, for army wing of National Defence Academy, candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or University.

Yes you can, but the journey for NDA is very difficult for Biology student because firstly you need to appear for mathematics test b and after all you can only join Indian army for Indian Airforce and Indian Navy as student must causes Physics and Mathematics in class 12th.
