you are  eligible to appear for NEET 2021 as the age eligibility criteria says candidate should not be less than 17 years as on  31st december 2021 and there is no current upper age limit for NEET.

Hello student yes you're eligible For Neet if you fulfill the eligibility criteria as in Neet there's no upper age limit.

Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
