See branch choice depends upon your interest,if you are a good programmer you should go for cse and it.
If you are good at electronics basics then you should chhode electronics and communication.
If you are passionate about circuits and it's working you should opt electrical.
If you want to do field work construction such as buildings,roads etc.then you should choose civil engg.
If you are good at machines you should opt mechanical.
Same with other branches like aeronautical engg, ceramic engg and various more.
You should check types of engg.and scope.
