In colleges.mostly 15% and in some cases 20% seats are reserved for management quota so yes you can ask the College management for admissions. You need to write an entrance exam for getting a seat for masters. Eg students usually write gate or any sate exam equivalent to gate. Well you can try management quota is that's available but usually these seats are very expensive as they have to pay donations. My suggestion will to wite the exam next year and get a top class institute.
