Hello aspirant,

It is very difficult to predict the exact marks and score needed in NEET exam to get Government medical colleges, as the NEET cutoff varies every year and it depends on various factors.

However, looking at the previous year NEET cutoff, for SC Category, with 470 marks in NEET, you have good chances to get Government Colleges. According to the previous year data, the previous year Marks required  for getting Government medical colleges was around 420+ in NEET.

Further, please note that the above prediction is totally based on the previous year Cutoff which may vary this year as the NEET cutoff keeps varying every year.

Hello Aspirant,

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.

So according to the data, on such marks and category you have very less or almost no chances to get any of the government medical colleges in West Bengal under state quota according to previous year's cut-off but you can get Government seat for MBBS if you belongs to West Bengal then only.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges with government quota seats :-

Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Durgapur

ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia

IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
