Hi

You need to choose general as your category while filling the neet application form if you are not in the central list of obc ncl

This is because,

As per the  neet information brochure 2021 those who belong to OBC ncl category at state level but are not in the centre list of obc ncl need to select general as their category while filling the Neet application form.

You can check the same on the page number 1 of neet 2021 information brochure, the link to download it is given below :-

https://ntaneet.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=2&LangId=P

But yes,

While filling the form of state counselling you can definitely choose OBC ncl because you belong to obc ncl at state level while  for all India counselling  you need to participate as a general category.

See if you lies under state reservation list of OBC but not under central list of OBC available at http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx then you should choose your category as General in NEET and you can get benefit of your reservation category during the state quota counselling of Jharkhand but for NEET you have to apply under General category.
