First off, Now there is no sectional cut off in NEET. So you can actually write skip questions that you do not know the answer for. Now if you are asking if you can only attend Biology section, yes you can. But during tie breaks situations, after Biology, Chemistry is given importance. And secondly each State has its own cut offs. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam And for a seat in a Government Dental College, 300-400 might be tad less. Even with SC reservation, you will still need 450 and abaove. But again this also depends on the State you belong to.
