Dear Sreelakshmi, EWS reservation is for General Category Candidates whose source of income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs per annum and not claim any benefits of OBC,SC,ST. But if there is a residential plot of more than 1000sq.ft, that family doesn't fall under EWS Category according to the rules.
