First of all Read the complete NCERT Books with good knowledge and then later on go for the Some of the reference books
For physics go for H  C vema
For chemistry for O P Tandon
For mathematics for this R D Sharma
And also follow the perfect time table without any time waste
And study the previous year question papers
And also watch the some videos which are related to the difficult topics
Surely you will crack the JEE MAINS  and you are keeping doing the logical thinking and accurately sloving the questions and also easily you can crack JEE advance .

Prepare a timetable, be consistent and don't waste time on unnecessary things .

You have 2 years to prepare for JEE Exam. Give equal attention to every subject. Revise everything you studied on a day before going to sleep.

If you know which chapter is going to get started in your college or class then read it a day before and in this way you will know which concept would come next and clear the doubts on the same day itself. 

Remember to not exhaust yourself too much by studying for a whole day such that next day you are too bored to study.
