Hello Surabhi, Yes, You can definitely study psychology. But, there is not much scope for studying psychology course in India. The top college for studying psychology in India is in DU colleges. They provide a B.A degree in a psychology course. They consider the 12th board marks for admission.

Yes sure, you can select any stream in commerce or arts if you have science as your field in 12th.
