see you did not mention which examination you are applying for, however I assume you are asking about neet ug entrance test. see as you are first year in your bachelors courses on bio chemistry , you fall in code 5, code 5 states that, candidate who are in  first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a recognized University Examination and candidate has passed 10+2 course with pcb as core subject with practical exams and must have english as a subject in 10+2 level.
