As you are currently in 6th semester but you have three backlogs. Now a days, companies do not allow candidates if they have more than two backlogs and even one backlog is not entertained by certain recruiting companies.

It is required to clear those backlogs before the placement season. Yes, your CGPA will increase as latest scores are only considered and if you clear all the backlogs, you will be treated as normal candidate (mostly) during recruitment process.

Your CGPA will boost up, once you clear the subjects with great performance.
