A day or 2 before your exam, go through your notes to  refresh your memory. Do not learn anything new atleast 24 hours before your exam. Solving previous question papers will give you an idea of important topics because they must have been repeated over the years. Focus on them. Following the previous trends, few topics that might be important are: US Hegemony in world politics, Contemporary South Asia, Globalisation, Crisis of the democratic order and recent developments in Indian politics. Keeping yourself updated with happenings round you is important. Correlating between incidents and consequences can help you better in understanding a certain topic.
