Big data is very emerging and due to the problem of storing enormous data in India, it has very goal scope. Also, you can study ML and Data Science as ML is a branch of AI so you will definitely get a wider picture of this. Also, you can study AI on Coursera or Udacity by your own. They are quite good courses.
