Among all the Branches of Engineering Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is the better choice if you are looking for a Job opportunity. The opportunities are far good for this Stream. IT is also similar to CSE. ECE is the better option to enter into both Software and core field.

Among all the branches you mentioned EEE is the safest to choose as you will have opportunities to choose to go in electronics or electrical or if you'll learn coding and some other stuff then in IT as well so EEE will be safest. But again will suggest that if you have interest in the branch only then you should choose branch because nowadays most of the engineering students get depressed and leave it or change the path just because they didn't choose the path of interest so please choose wisely.
