This will depend upon the MNC you are applying to. Mostly they ask for a first class in graduation (some specify the CGPA) while the other criteria depends upon the jon profile. Ideally you should check the career sections of the MNCs you are interested in and see what they ask for. Check the job portals also to get a good idea and then you can narrow down your choices and apply.
