If you haven't appeared for TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET 2021 you can take a year off and appear for TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET 2022. As of now the schedule for TS EAMCET 2022 or AP EAPCET 2022 is not released. You have to wait until the notification is released officially.
