As far as academic degree courses are concerned, getting placed after bachelors is not possible cause there aren't any substantial job opportunity available. Also after masters, many students start their own practice or open their own counselling centre but getting placement usually don't happen. Students further do M.Phil or PhD and then they start their own practice or do research according to their own choice.
