Dear Dinakar, Ambedkar Vidyanidhi scheme is for SC/ST/BC/Kapu/Minority students. If you fall under any of these categories and you want to pursue Post graduation courses abroad, the Government will give a grant of 15 lakhs. 

For Ambedkar Vidyanidhi scheme, you should have a valid GRE/IELTS/TOEFL score. You should have obtained admission in a Foreign University. You should possess a valid passport. And you make your own efforts in getting admission to a Foreign University. You need to register yourself at the website based on your category:
