Hello,
If your query is regarding TS LAWCET or AP LAWCET then you need to score minimum 45% marks in the bachelor's degree from a recognised board and you must pass in all subjects of the qualifying examination and obtain the results and marksheet on or before the Counseling starts to be eligible to participate in the counselling. You need to provide the provisional and marksheet of all semesters of the qualifying examination at the time of document verification. As you have backlogs left you are not eligible to participate in the counselling. However, if you pass in the backlog subjects and obtain results then you may participate in second phase counselling provided you must score minimum 45%  marks in the qualifying examination.
