Yes you are eligible to attempt JEE Advanced examination.The exam pattern completely differs from JEE Mains.cutoff percentile also varies. cutoff percentile is based mainly on your +2 score which should be more than 50% in each subject.

See ur percentile doesn't matter to get u into the JEE ADVANCED as the required criteria is that ur rank must be under 2,40,000 to get u Jee mains rank card and eligible to give JEE ARVANCED. Ur boards marks should also be above the 65% aggregate to be eligible for the JEE ADVANCED. I m providing u a link for ur help.
