If you’re in 12th grade and want to join the Indian Navy, here’s what you need to do:

There are two main ways to join the Indian Navy after 12th:

• NDA Entry (National Defence Academy) – If you want to become a Navy officer.

• Technical & Sailor Entries – If you’re interested in technical roles.

• NDA Entry – For Officer Rank :- Must have Physics & Math in 12th, age required 16.5 to 19.5

• How to Apply: Appear for the NDA exam, conducted by UPSC twice a year.
  If you clear the written exam, you’ll go through SSB Interview (a 5-day selection process).
  If selected, you’ll train at NDA, Pune for 3 years, then at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Kerala for 1 year.
