Hello Dear

No you can't be able to apply for the JEE mains , since you are in class 11th. In JEE mains while at the time of filling the application form they will ask your class 12th details also , so because of that you can't be able to write the JEE mains. But yaah rather than giving the JEE mains you can give the various mock test and previous 10 years of JEE mains paper which will give you the almost same scenario of the actual JEE exam. And go with the Better preparation before writing the mock test and previous year JEE mains paper.
